Who I am
I'm Yuwri, a freelance IT support technician in Seixal, Portugal. If you have any question about this page or your data, write to [email protected] or call +351 924 129 893.
What the website collects
- Visit counts. I use GoatCounter, a small analytics service built to count visits without cookies and without building profiles of people. It tells me which pages get read and roughly where visitors come from, so I know which tips are worth writing more of. It also counts when someone taps the Call, WhatsApp or Email buttons, or opens a window on the homepage, as anonymous totals. It does not track you across other websites.
- Fonts. The text fonts are hosted on this site, so loading a page doesn't send anything to Google or any other font service.
- Display settings on your device. The page remembers a few choices in your browser's own storage, such as your wallpaper, light or dark theme and language. These are not cookies, they stay on your device, and I never receive them.
- Forms that send nothing. The message and booking forms on the homepage don't send anything from the site. They write a tidy message and open your own email app or WhatsApp with it filled in, and it's only sent if you press send there. The tools (password generator, Windows 11 checker, file size converter, software picker and troubleshooting wizard) run entirely in your browser, and what you type or tick in them is not sent anywhere.
If you contact me
You can reach me by email, phone or WhatsApp. I use what you send only to reply and to help with the problem you asked about. I don't sell it, and I don't share it for marketing. Email and WhatsApp are run by other companies (Proton and Meta), and they handle your messages under their own privacy policies. I keep your messages only as long as I need them to help you and to answer any follow-up questions.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (RGPD in Portugal) you can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or object to how I use it. Just get in touch. If you're not happy with my answer, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
Changes
If any of this changes, for example if a form starts sending messages through a server, I will update this page and the date at the top.
